Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have free shipping worldwide on orders above €150,-
Orders below €150 will be charged with a shipping fee (see shipping table at ‘shipping’).
How long does shipping take? (Track and Trace)
For all orders we will send you the tracking information. Shipment transit times vary upon destination (see transit times ‘shipping’).
Can I return/exchange an item?
Yes items can be returned within 30 days prior to date of order. Items must be in their original packaging and state for acceptance. Items received after 30 days can not be accepted and refunded. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Can I refund a Sale item?
No, items bought on sale are non-refundable.
Can I try on the collection?
Yes, if you live in The Netherlands, you can make an appointment with us and you can come visit our showroom. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for an appointment.
What do I do if my order has not been delivered?
A delay of the delivery could be due to a number of reasons. Please check the track and trace link you received in your dispatch email. If your items has left our warehouse and it is severely overdue, please contact email@example.com
